Manga Tops 2005 Graphic Novel Sales

According to ICv2 News, English translated manga accounted for the top 28 best selling graphic novels in American bookstores during the first week of 2005. The best selling title was Negima! volume 4, which sold over 9,000 copies in its first two weeks of release.
