Manga Report from AX

According to Anime News Service, Manga Entertainment announced at Anime Expo their intentions to release their entire back catalog on DVD eventually. Guyver may be released as a 2 disc set. Fist of the North Star will likely be released with its original Japanese opening and ending animation restored in the DVD version. Apparently Manga is currently “looking into” acquiring the Japanese language track for the original Devilman OAV series and looking into licensing the Amon Devilman OAV, the Samurai Spirits 2 OAV series, and a “new” Lupin movie. It was also mentioned that if the American release of the 48 minute long Blood: The Last Vampire movie turns out to be successful enough, Production IG may produce a second, longer Blood movie.
