Manga Evangelion Rumors

Anime News Network has received word from a fan that spoke with Evangelion dub voice actor Tristan MacAvery that Manga is aiming for a February release for the Evangelion movies, but as none of the English dubbing has been recorded yet, this date is rather suspect. According to the report, the only AD Vision voices that would not be appearing in the Manga Entertainment dub would be those of Fyutski and Yui. Furthermore if was stated that Manga Entertainment is on the verge of loosing its US translation and distribution rights to the Evangelion movies. If indeed Manga does either loose its translation rights or allow its license to lapse, AD Vision is reportedly prepared to pick up the distribution rights to the films. All of this information is second-hand, and none of it has yet been officially confirmed or proven to be accurate or true.
