Major World Series Special Edition Scheduled

The Disney XD channel in Japan will air a special edition of last year’s two-episode MAJOR: World Series Hen ~ Yume no Shunkan e OVA series on the 17th. The re-edited TV broadcast will include 15 minutes of previously unreleased animation. The anime adaptation of Takuya Mitsuda’s baseball manga MAJOR premiered in 2004 and ended in January 2012 after six TV series, a motion picture, and a variety of OVAs & TV specials.
