Madhouse to Animate Hanayamata

An official website has launched to announce that studio Madhouse will produce a Hanayamata anime TV series based on Sou Hamayumiba’s manga. The ongoing manga that premiered in 2011 stars a 14-year-old-girl who takes up “Yosakoi” dance, a contemporary traditional style of Japanese dance invented in 1954.
