Macross Music Composer Kentaro Haneda Dead

58 year old pianist Kentaro Haneda, fondly remembered as the composer for the music of the Macross television series and motion picture, died on June 2nd after a battle with liver cancer. Haneda also provided music for anime including Great Detective Holmes, Space Adventure Cobra, Dragonar, Final Yamato, Oniisama E… and many other titles.
