Lady Death Update

AD Vision has revealed that they are now seeing the first animation test footage from the Lady Death anime movie. Plans are to putting test footage together with animatics and a scratch dialog track. This will allow the filmmakers to run through the movie and make sure everything works together as planned. The movie could be completed this year. However, it’s more likely the film won’t be released until early next year in order to give ADV more time to promote it. Internet promotion of the film will likely begin late this summer, although the look of Lady Death herself will be kept under wraps until the movie’s premier.
