Khara Producing New Anime Short

Hideaki Anno’s anime production studio Khara has announced its production of a “petit film” titled “Peaceful Times (F02).” Evangelion 3.0 & Gankutsuou director Mahiro Maeda is storyboarding and directing the short with Hideaki Anno supervising production. Evangelion’s Rei Ayanami voice actress Megumi Hayashibara will narrate the animation set to the tune of Evangelion composer Shiro Sagisu’s piece “Peaceful Times.” The anime music video will be released next month.
