Jade Cocoon 2 Announced

Japanese video game studio Genki has announced that they are at work on Tamamayu Monogatari 2 for the Playstation 2. The original Tamamayu Monogatari game was released in the US for the Playstation under the name Jade Cocoon. Like the first game, the sequel will feature character designs and, presumably, new original animation from Studio Ghibli artist Katsuya Kondo. Tamamayu Monogatari 2 will be released this summer with a retail price of 680 yen.
