Izumi Matsumoto Announces Plans for New Manga

Kimagure Orange Road creator Izumi Matsumoto has revealed plans to begin work on a new manga series that will deal with Cerebrospinal Fluid Leakage, a medical condition that Matsumoto himself suffers with. “I want to boost awareness of this disease around the world through a cartoon,” Matsumoto said in translation.
