Initial D Revival Announced

The current issue of Young Magazine reports that a new anime based on Shuuichi Shigeno’s popular automobile racing manga Initial D is in development. The format of the new anime has not been revealed yet. The most recent Initial D anime was the “Extra Stage 2: Tabidachi no Green” OAV released in 2008.
