Hunter x Hunter Movie in Development

The Mainchi Newspaper reports that an anonymous source connected to the Hunter X Hunter franchise has confirmed that a Hunter x Hunter anime feature film is in development. Yoshihiro Togashi’s ongoing adventure manga has spawned two anime TV series and three OVA series since 1999. The movie will be an original story not directly based on any of Togashi’s manga.
