According to the Internet Movie Database, Jackie Chan will join the “$20-Million Club” with his reported earnings for “The Bellboy,” his remake of the 1960 Jerry Lewis comedy. Jackie Chan’s agent, Willy Chan, announced, “It’s not the amount of money that matters. Jackie often says if Steven Spielberg makes a film, he will be willing to do it for free — because he’s a quality director.”

According to Ain’t It Cool News director Corey Yuen is now supervising post-production on the currently untitled film formerly known as “Legend of Tekken,” based on the Namco fighting game franchise. The film will be released to theaters in Hong Kong this Christmas.

Furthermore, Yuen has said of the fight choreography in Jet Li’s upcoming film, The One, “the ‘good’ Jet Li is the ‘Yin’ and his style is more like Tai Chi but faster, while the ‘bad’ Jet Li’s style is more brutal and he is the ‘Yang.’ Audiences will surely be able to tell the differences.”

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon & Rush Hour 2 star Zhang Ziyi stars in the new Korean period action film titled Musa, which has apparently sparked a flood of interest in American theatrical distribution. The film’s official site features a short trailer for the beautiful looking film about the battle between the Koreans and the Chinese during ancient times.
