Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni Anime Announced

Japanese video game development studio 7th Expansion has announced that its amateur created murder mystery computer game Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni will be adapted into an anime television series next year. Studio Deen (Fruits Basket, Kyou Kara Maoh) will produce the animation. Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni has formerly been ported to the Dreamcast and Playstation 2.
