Higurashi Kaku Anime Announced

The official Twitter account of the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni franchise has announced that the next installment in the anime adaptation will be “Higruashi no Naku Koro ni Kaku.” The anime from Higurashi no Naku Koroni Rei director Toshifumi Kawase will be based on creator 07th Expansion’s “Higurashi Outbreak” short story set in the Hinamizawa village in 1983, like the previous “Higurashi” mystery/horror stories.
