Hellsing DVD a Bloody Good Deal

Pioneer has announced that the upcoming special version first domestic DVD of Hellsing, scheduled for release on July 23rd, will include an extra special bonus. Hellsing will be released in America in two different DVD editions. There will be a $29.98 DVD only version for consumers only interested in watching the series. For collectors, a $34.98 version will include a special collector’s box designed to hold all 4 Hellsing DVDs. First edition copies of the Volume 1 DVD with Case will include a bonus “Vampire Blood Bag,” a small pouch of simulated human blood for vampires to snack on!

The first Hellsing DVD will include episodes 1-3, a gallery of character design art, the “Hellsing 0” promotional music video, non-credit opening animation, and a photo gallery devoted to the making of the new Japanese Alucard action figure.
