Hello Anime! Documentary Released

Gokaza has announced the release of its double disc DVD documentary Hello Anime! “Hello Anime! delivers a firsthand look at the dawn of anime in America, the rise of the otakus, the anime internet community, anime in Kill Bill and The Matrix and the Japanization of America.” The documentary also features 19 interviews with representatives of companies including VIZ, Bandai America, Tokyopop, AD Vision, and Geneon – conducted at the 2005 Anime Expo convention.
