Guin Saga Anime Announced

In commemoration of the release of the 100th Guin Saga novel by author Kaoru Kurimoto, Micott & Basara, the company that co-financed the Appleseed motion picture, has announced plans to finance a Guin Saga movie to be distributed by Toho. The fantasy film will utilize a combination of traditional 2D and computer rendered 3D animation. The anime movie will be part of a “Guin Saga Project” that will include the anime and other merchandising.
