Gintama to End, Again

Shueisha has confirmed that the Gintama anime television series will conclude with March 26’s episode 252. The original TV series adaptation of Hideaki Sorachi sci-fi historical comedy premiered on April 4, 2006 and aired until March 25, 2010. After a year-long hiatus, the series resumed on April 4, 2011 with the revised title Gintama’. The Gon TV series will take over the Gintama’ time-slot beginning April 2.
