Continuing their trend of re-releasing classic Street Fighter games on the Dreamcast, Capcom will unveil Super Puzzle Fighter 2X for Matching Service on July 5th at a retail price of only 3800 yen. The game will essentially be a direct port of the Sega Saturn and arcade puzzle game featuring SD Capcom characters but will now support the Dreamcast modem for online play against other players, the Puru Puru vibration pack, and control with the standard Dreamcast hand control, the arcade stick or the Dreamcast keyboard. The game will only be available through Sega’s online D-Direct service in Japan.

Sega has revealed that Sakura Taisen Online, originally rumored to be a Dreamcast release for Christmas 2001, will be a new multi-platform title for the Dreamcast, Playstation 2 and PC available next year.
