FUNimation Acquires Live-Action Yamato Movie

FUNimation has secured the domestic home video rights to director Takashi Yamazaki’s 2010 hit live-action film Space Battleship Yamato. The adaptation of creator Leiji Matsumoto’s classic 1974 anime television series will be released on domestic home video next year.
