Full Metal Alchemist Manga Tops Sales Charts

The debut Full Metal Alchemist graphic novel, published by Viz, was the best selling graphic novel in mainstream American bookstores for the week ending May 1st, and the 13th best selling paperback. “The meteoric rise of the FMA manga is further indication that Full Metal Alchemist is the hottest new manga/anime property in the U.S. right now.”
