Fourth Rising Stars of Manga Competition Now Open

TOKYOPOP has inaugurated its fourth Rising Stars of Manga art contest. Entries will be accepted through August 16th. Prize winners receive cash prizes and may qualify to have their “manga” stories published by TOKYOPOP.
