Figure 17 Tsubasa And Hikaru

SkyPerfecTV network’s newest entry to it’s “Animated Cartoon Theater X” is a new show premiering on May 27th featuring the creative talent behind Steel Angel Kurumi and To Heart. Figure 17 Tsubasa And Hikaru is a rather unique entry to the broadcast landscape in that each episode will be an hour long, air monthly for a year and feature near theatrical quality animation throughout. Heading the project are sci-fi/bishoujo wizards Takahashi Naohito (director of To Heart & Kurumi) and character designer Senba Yuriko (Kurumi). The opening theme, “Boy,” will be performed by The Alfee, who have nearly 50 hit singles and have performed anime themes for the Kindaichi Shonen No Jikenbo and Galaxy Express 999: Eternal Fantasy movies.
