Disney to Screen Porco Rosso

A special sneak preview of the Buena Vista English dubbed version of Hayao Miyazaki’s classic adventure film Porco Rosso will screen at the Austin Film Festival on Tuesday, October 14th before its American home video release. The film features English language dub direction by Tony Bancroft (Mulan) and a screenplay by Cindy Davis Hewitt & Donald H. Hewitt (Spirited Away). The English language cast includes:

Michael Keaton (Batman, Beetlejuice) as Porco Rosso
Cary Elwes (The Princess Bride, Comic Book Villains) as Donald Curtis
Kimberly Williams-Paisley (According to Jim TV series) as Fio
Susan Egan (Spirited Away & Howl’s Moving Castle voices) as Gina
