Digital Manga Updates

Digital Manga has confirmed the lay-off of two employees and a contraction of its monthly output from 12 books to 7 in response to the worsening domestic economy. A third company employee also recently left the company in a move unrelated to the down-sizing.

However, Digital Manga has announced its acquisition of 13 additional yaoi manga titles.

Digital Manga’s Juné imprint has acquired:

BOYS LOVE by Kaimu Tachibana, to be released in September 2009
Ciao Ciao Bambino by Momoko Tenzen, to be released in October 2009
Exotic and Delicious Fate by Ryoku Tsunoda, to be released in August 2009
How To Capture A Martini by Makoto Tateno, to be released in December 2009
La Satanica by Momoko Tenzen, to be released in September 2009
Ludwig the II by You Higuri, to be released in June 2009
Tricky Prince by Yukari Hashida, to be released in January 2009
Unsophisticated and Rude by Momoko Tenzen, to be released in August 2009

Digital Manga & Shinshokan Publishing’s Doki Doki imprint has acquired:

The Devil Within by Rico Fukiyama, which will be released in October 2009
Electric Hands by Taishi Zaou, which will be released in November 2009
