Comics One Undergoes Business Changes

Anime News Network has learned that Comics One, domestic distributor of English translated comics from Japan and Hong Kong, has instituted major policy changes. Apparently Comics One will continue to release and distribute some of its catalog titles but will no longer license new series. Comics One’s Asian based printer, DrMaster, will now begin licensing Japanese and Chinese comics for English language release. DrMaster’s licenses will be primarily distributed in America through Diamond Comics Distribution.
