Chocolate Underground to be Web Anime

The official Japanese homepage for the upcoming Chocolate Underground anime series has formally announced that the show will be produced for online and cel phones distribution. The anime will be co-produced by Production I.G. and Trance Arts (Prince of Tennis, Wellber no Monogatari), based on British author Alex Shearer’s novel Bootleg.
