Central Park Media Anime Announcements

CPM has announced a number of new acquisitions and DVD releases in their new 2004 catalog, available online in a PDF format.

CPM has acquired the English language translation rights to the Ichi the Killer: The Animation Episode 0 OAV and the 3 episode Kentoushi OAV series from 1990. Kentoushi will be released in America under the title “Shootfighter Tekken.”

Armored Trooper Votoms will be re-released to DVD, this time in re-mastered, bilingual DVDs. The series will be released in a series of boxed sets beginning this fall. The first DVD set will include optional director commentary for the first 3 episodes.

A number of out of print VHS catalog titles will be re-released to DVD this year including Domanin of Murder, Gall Force: New Era, Hyperspeed Grandoll,

The out of print Odin and Gowcaizer DVDs will be re-released this year.
