Cartoon Network to Air Black Lagoon
The Cartoon Network’s Toonami programming block will begin broadcasting the 2006 twelve-episode Black Lagoon television series on Saturday, March 22. FUNimation presently distributes the crime action series on domestic DVD & Blu-ray.
Once again I’ll share my personal opinion that despite the ample love that American fans shower onto this series, I’ve always found it lacking and think that Jormungand does a superior job of animating a similar concept.

I’m not a fan of either, but I will agree that Black Lagoon is overrated. It does seem to fulfill the horrible tastes of American comic book/animation fans, though.
