Captain Tylor DVD Problem

Posts to the Anime on DVD forum seem to confirm that Irresponsible Captain Tylor DVD 4 has some sort of flaw that may make several minutes of footage from the disc unviewable. Apparently some DVD players reportedly have no trouble with the disc while other players may skip or not play anywhere from 3 up to roughly 10 minutes of footage from episode 23. Right Stuf apparently has no plans to recall the defective discs but will determine the root of the problem and offer an exchange with corrected, second pressing discs. RSI has assured Anime on DVD that the problem will be resolved quickly and to the complete satisfaction of fans.
