Black Rock Shooter TV Simulcast Confirmed
Nico Nico Douga has announced plans to simulcast next month’s Black Rock Shooter television series online with subtitles in eight languages. The show will premiere on the Fuji TV network’s Noitamina programming block on February 2. The show will debut online at 11:00pm on February 3 for online viewers in the United States, Canada, France, Belgium, Monaco, Switzerland, Andorra, Italy, Germany, Spain, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, South Korea, Taiwan, China, and Singapore.

I’m extremely pleased that a noitamina production will simulcast, with spanish subtitles, in my country (Chile). I’m actually pretty intrigued by the decision, and surprised that South American countries with a pretty strong fandom (like Brazil) are left out of this simulcast.
I’ll watch it of course, to support the initiative and to check the animation that Imaishi’s studio is doing.
Now let’s hope for more noitamina simulcasting for the whole world and not just the US.
