Be Beautiful Acquires New Yaoi Manga Licenses

At the recent Yaoi-Con, Central Park Media’s Be Beautiful manga line announced its acquisition of four new yaoi manga titles:

Midaresomenishi, by Kazuma Kodaka
Boku No Koe, by Youka Nitta
YEBISU Celebrities, by Shinri Fuwa
Play Boy Blues, by Shiuko Kano

Be Beautiful now hosts an online poll allowing visitors to vote on one of three possible English language titles for “Midaresomenishi.”

Be Beautiful also announced that the Kizuna anime series, which it released on two DVDs this past summer, will be re-released on a single disc “Signature Edition” DVD in March 2006. The special edition Kizuna re-release will include audio commentary by Kazuma Kodaka, a video interview with Kodaka, footage of her Japan Society and Kinokuniya appearances, and – for the first time – an English-language audio track.
