Baseball Legend Seeks to Ban Cromartie High School Movie

Warren Cromartie, a former professional baseball player for the Montreal Expos and Japan’s Yomiuri Giants, has filed an injunction to prevent Japanese screenings of the live action Sakigake! Cromartie High School motion picture because Mr. Cromartie believes the film slurs his name. The film was scheduled to open in Japanese theaters later this month.
