Bandai To Re-release Kannagi For Less
Bandai Entertainment has announced that its Kanngai DVD complete collection will hit mass market on April 6 at a $59.98 SRP. The two discs contained in this DVD complete collection were released last summer at a $34.98 per volume SRP. In July 2009 Bandai Entertainment Director of Marketing Robert Napton stated, “When we do make this sub only version available to the mass retailers at some point down the line it will be the same product for a HIGHER SRP – not less expensive.”
I’m not sayin’. I’m just sayin’.

Guess it didn’t catch on the way they’d hoped.
Correct me if I’m wrong, $59.98 for a sub-only complete collection? o_O
$59.98 for the double-disc set is still less than the $69.96 SRP for the two discs individually.
Yeah… feeling a lot of “I told you so” coming on here.
