Bandai Entertainment Recalls DVDs

Bandai Entertainment has formally announced a recall of its Gundam Seed Destiny volume 12 regular and special edition, Eureka Seven volume 11, Flag volume 2, and My Otome volume 4 DVDs due to a duplicator error that creates “playability issues on some DVD consoles and personal computers.” A link for consumers to return defective copies of any of these four DVD titles will become active on the Bandai Entertainment homepage on January 17th.
