Bandai Announcements from A-Kon

At the recent A-Kon convention Bandai Entertainment announced its acquisition of translation and distribution rights to the romantic drama Dear Boys and the Yoshiyuki (Gundam) Tomino created mecha show Overman King Gainer.

Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam will hit American DVD in September, followed by Galaxy Angel Zeta (TV series 2) in October and Please Twins (Onegai Twins) in November.

Bandai also announced that some, but not all of the domestic Gundam Seed DVDs will be released in regular and limited edition versions.
