Aura Full Trailer Released

A full theatrical trailer for AIC ASTA’s upcoming film Aura: Maryuinkoga Saigo no Tatakai (Aura: Maryuin Koga’s Final Battle) has hit the web. The adaptation of Romeo Tanaka’s 2008 romantic comedy novel revolves around a high school boy trying to distance himself from the fantasy alter-ego “Maryuin Koga” that he portrayed during his younger days. When he meets a new classmate who claims to be a witch from a parallel dimension, he initially tries to ignore her until he resurrects his “Maryuin Koga” personality one more time to play along with her. Seiji Kishi (Seto no Hanayome, Persona 4) is directing the film for an April 13 premiere.

Suddenly it’s very obvious where author Torako got the idea for the 2011 Chuunibyou Demo Koi ga Shitai! light novels.
