Astroboy Licensed by Kids’ WB

According to Animation Insider, the Kids’ WB network has licensed 26 episodes of the currently on air in Japan English language Astroboy anime TV series for American broadcast during the fall 2003-2004 season.

Representatives of Osamu Tezuka Productions confirmed for members of the Pop Japan Travel tour group that the new Astroboy anime would debut on American television in October and possibly air on television in the UK sometime in 2004.
