Ao Haru Ride Live-Action Movie Announced

Publisher Shueisha has announced that a live-action feature film based on Io Sakisaka’s shoujo manga Ao Haru Ride will hit Japanese theaters this December. The acclaimed teen relationship drama manga premiered in 2011 and presently has nine collected volumes. An anime TV series based on the manga will premiere in July. Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru director Ai Yoshimura will direct the anime adaptation at studio Production I.G.
