Animation Runner Kuromi Region 0 DVD Announced

Anime on DVD has confirmed through AMO Tokyo that Japanese publisher Yumeta will re-release the first Animation Runner Kuromi-chan OAV DVD on September 25th in a region free version playable on Japanese, North American and NTSC compatible European DVD players. The re-issue will still include the optional English subtitles available on the original Region 2 encoded version. The price of the region free DVD will remain unchanged at 4800 yen for the 36 minute OAV.

Directed by Akitaro Daichi (Kodomo no Omocha, Jubei-chan, Fairy Princess Ren), Animation Runner Kuromi is a humorous look at the inner workings of a fictional Japanese anime production studio.
