AD Vision News from Otakon

AD Vision announced at last weekend’s Otakon convention that they had acquired the distribution rights to the Akihabara Cyber Team & Divergence Eve anime series, and the live action Shinobi film (films?).

Due to the limitations of Canadian television broadcast regulations, the Anime Network will not be available in Canada.

Angelic Layer and Azumanga Daioh will be among the first titles with merchandise from the ADV Toys line. ADV Toys will import and re-package existing Japanese anime merchandise and produce original American anime goods.
