AD Vision Announcements from Anime Central

At last weekend’s Anime Central convention, AD Vision announced its acquisition of translation and distribution rights to:

Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu? (possibly to be released in America under the title “Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu”)
Peacemaker Kurogane (apparently to be released in America under the title “Peacemaker”)
Gatchaman TV series

AD Vision representative David L. Williams also hinted that AD Vision has domestic distribution rights to the Chojushin Gravion Zwei TV series.

AD Vision Toys revealed plans to release 5 inch and 10 inch plush Menchi (Excel Saga) toys.

AD Vision will release the Gatchaman TV series from the beginning, in bilingual format. The edited American version G-Force will be broadcast on the Anime Network.

The limited edition version of the RahXephon movie will include a translated version of the 54 page booklet that came with the Japanese limited edition DVD, and a “hard” chipboard series collector’s box that will house the entire RahXephon TV series plus the movie.

The video on demand Anime Network service is now available in more than 10 million homes nationwide.

AD Vision again refused to confirm any plans to release Super GALS! Kotobuki Ran episodes 27-52.
