Although a release date has not been determined yet, Namco has revealed that the PS2 Xenosaga III game will be the final Xenosaga game.<\/p>\n<p>Namco has also <a href=\"http:\/\/plusd.itmedia.co.jp\/games\/articles\/0509\/16\/news016.html\" target=\"_blank\">announced<\/a> plans to release Xenosaga I-II for the Nintendo DS, a single game condensing the first two Xenosaga games. The gameplay will be rendered in 2D sprites, but the FMV sequences will be 3D CG.
