The single seat <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cqmotors.co.jp\/lineup\/qvolt\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">QVOLT<\/a> is the fourth small electric car in the ChoroQ line. The QVOLT will have a top speed of 30 km\/h (18 mph) and a range of 80 km (48 miles). It will cost 1,990,000 yen (US $19,000 approximate).
