Among the points in the interview most interesting to anime fans:<\/p>\n<p>IGPX Immortal Grand Prix was commissioned by Toonami, and produced in Japan, to be Toonami&#8217;s fourth Total Immersion Event. It will be replacing the domestically produced CG shorts featuring the robot Tom. IGPX &#8220;was definitely created just for Toonami.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The Cartoon Network no longer has broadcast rights to Tenchi Muyo or Outlaw Star. The chances of older programs like Gundam Wing being re-broadcast on Toonami are slim.<\/p>\n<p>Rurouni Kenshin was a mixed blessing.
