Aspiring manga style artists are encouraged to submit an original &#8220;manga story&#8221; of 15-25 pages.  All winning entries will be published in the TOKYOPOP &#8220;Rising Stars of Manga&#8221; anthology scheduled for worldwide distribution in the spring of 2003. The first place entrant will receive a cash prize of $2,500 and a chance to pitch a full-length manga story to TOKYOPOP&#8217;s top brass.
