Voters may vote only once and must provide a name, address and phone number to prevent submission of multiple votes. Votes may be submitted through this <a href=\"http:\/\/research.infoseek.co.jp\/tvasahi\/entry.phtml?magazine_id=38\" target=\"_blank\">online form<\/a>, or via e-mail to <a href=\"mailto:best100@tv-asahi.co.jp\">best100@tv-asahi.co.jp<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The final results of the polling will be broadcast on the Kore ga Nihon no Best 100 program next month. The results of current polling are <a href=\"http:\/\/wwwn.tv-asahi.co.jp\/best100\/contents\/100\/0012\/ranking\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">available now<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Based on current, non-finalized voting results, the top five anime theme songs by census vote of Japanese fans are:<\/p>\n<p>01. Tottoko Hamutaro opening theme<br \/>\n74. Pocket Monsters opening theme<br \/>\n95.
