Three episodes per release would match up with the Japanese 8 volume home video release.<\/p>\n<p>Gate Keepers was the first TV series produced entirely by Gonzo Studio, the creators of Blue Submarine No. 6.  The 24 episode sci-fi action TV series retains the look of traditional hand drawn animation and features character designs by Keichi Goto (Nadesico, Hyper Police).
