Figure 17 Tsubasa And Hikaru is a rather unique entry to the broadcast landscape in that each episode will be an hour long, air monthly for a year and feature near theatrical quality animation throughout. Heading the project are sci-fi\/bishoujo wizards Takahashi Naohito (director of To Heart &amp; Kurumi) and character designer Senba Yuriko (Kurumi).
